My goal is to attain the highest price possible for your property within the fastest time frame and with the least amount of stress. To do this, a comprehensive marketing plan must be implemented. I put in motion a strategy that works, which is summarized here for you to review.

When Charlene represents you as a Listing Agent, she will:
- Input your listing into the Realtor® Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Install a nationally recognized sign and brochure box with professional color fliers about your property
- Place a marketing material, area information and flyer stand in home
- Distribute marketing material to Realtors® via e-mail and flyers
- Place your home on the Realtor® Preview Tours
- Include your home in our Internet Marketing on several website such as Realtor.com, Remax.com, CharleneSpillum.com, charlenespillum.point2homes.biz, and others
- Hold Open Houses (at your request), follow up with visitors
- Follow up with REALTOR®s who have shown your home, and update you with their feedback and comments
- Review contracts with you, and represent you in contract negotiations
- Guide you through the complete escrow process
- Assist with the purchase of your new home or refer you to a REALTOR® in your destination area

Accredited Buyer Representative |

This designation denotes a Sales Associate who is qualified to provide buyer representation and is familiar with buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues. Requires a 12 hour course, active membership in REBAC, and at least five documented transactions during the previous 18th month period where the Sales Associate acted as a buyer's represetative. Awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).

Certified Residential Specialist |

This is the "master's degree of real estate". Every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business. Awarded by the Residential Sales Council. Only 4% of all Agents have this designation.

The GRI designation is recognized nationwide as a mark of distinction earned by less than 10% of all REALTORS®. Only members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) can be awarded this designation. The GRI designation is earned upon successful completion of a rigorous program of course work covering many areas of real estate. Displaying "GRI" after their name is a way REALTORS® communicate their dedication, knowledge and professional achievement.
This is a new certification first offered in 2000 by the National Association of Realtors®. It is a comprehensive Internet certification program for real estate professionals. e-PRO holders have completed a course covering fundamentals of doing business online, ways of creating and maintaining online relationships, web marketing ethical and legal issues, and ways to adapt to new ways of doing business online.

The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®, "SAREC", offers a specific designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, "SRES®", to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites. REALTORS with the "SRES" designation help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. By earning the "SRES" designation, the REALTOR has demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior's real estate specialist and counselor.
