When Charlene represents you as a Listing Agent, she will:
- Input your listing into the Realtor® Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Install a nationally recognized sign and brochure box with professional color fliers about your property
- Place a marketing material, area information and flyer stand in home
- Distribute marketing material to Realtors® via e-mail and flyers
- Place your home on the Realtor® Preview Tours
- Include your home in our Internet Marketing on several website such as Realtor.com, Remax.com, CharleneSpillum.com, charlenespillum.point2homes.biz, and others
- Hold Open Houses (at your request), follow up with visitors
- Follow up with REALTOR®s who have shown your home, and update you with their feedback and comments
- Review contracts with you, and represent you in contract negotiations
- Guide you through the complete escrow process
- Assist with the purchase of your new home or refer you to a REALTOR® in your destination area
